This website is operated by Huixiang (Zhengzhou) Technology Co., Ltd., trading as CRYSKULL. It is a business-to-business product and information website. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no order is formed until we have issued a written quotation and both parties have confirmed it in writing.
Product information and photography
Crystal and stone are natural materials. Colour, pattern, veining and internal features vary between individual pieces. Photographs on this website are representative of a design and are not a guarantee of the appearance of the piece you will receive. Any dimensions or weights shown are indicative unless confirmed in writing in your quotation.
Availability
Because pieces are carved from natural material and may be sold through more than one channel, availability shown or discussed is subject to confirmation. We confirm the specification and availability of your specific lot before you commit to an order.
Prices and quotation
We do not publish wholesale prices on this website. The figures shown on product listings are suggested retail prices in US dollars, provided for reference when you are planning your own retail pricing; they are not an offer to sell at that price. Wholesale pricing is quoted per enquiry and is valid for the period stated in the quotation. Pricing depends on material, size, weight, quantity, carving detail and packaging. Quotations are exclusive of duties, taxes and import charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Custom and OEM samples — fee credit
Paid samples apply to custom and OEM/ODM projects only, where a new design or specification has to be approved before mass production. They are not offered on stock wholesale orders, which start at 10 pieces. Samples are charged and paid for in advance, and where you later place a production order for the same design and the same material as the sample, the sample fee is credited against that order, subject to the following:
- The credit is capped at 10% of the value of that production order.
- The credit applies once per sampled item, and only to an order placed within 90 days of the sample being shipped.
- Credit is not transferable to a different design or material.
- Sample fees are not refunded in cash.
- If no qualifying order is placed, the sample fee is retained as payment for the sample.
Accepting a sample does not commit you to a production order, and does not commit us to supply one. Sample and credit terms stated in a written quotation take precedence over this summary.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs and design, is owned by us or used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent. If you send us a design or reference image, you confirm that you have the right to use it and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of producing your order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Contract terms for individual orders are set out in the relevant quotation and sales confirmation.
