What we can do for your brand

If you sell under your own brand and want a carving line that is yours rather than a generic stock item, we can manufacture it. That includes carving to your design, applying your logo, and packing it in your own printed packaging.

Where we are honest about the boundary

We are a carving manufacturer. We are strong at carving, finishing, polishing, sizing, logo application and packaging. If your project needs original industrial design, 3D modelling from scratch, or a full product-development process, tell us what you need and we will say plainly whether we can do it well or whether you should look elsewhere for that part of the work. We would rather decline a piece of the job than deliver it badly.

How we work with brand customers

• Your specification. Material, size, finish, tolerances and packaging agreed in writing before production.
• Sample first. A paid physical sample for your approval. Nothing goes to mass production until you have held it.
• Consistent supply. Once a specification is agreed, we hold to it across repeat orders.
• Discreet. We manufacture under your label. We do not market your product to your competitors.

Material information your customers will ask about

If you sell into the United States or Australia, your customers will ask what the product is made of and whether it has been treated. We document material, origin and treatment per lot so that you can answer those questions accurately — and we will tell you when something is unverified rather than let you publish a claim you cannot support.
