What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per order, and you can mix designs and materials within the same order to reach it. Each individual design or material does not need to reach 10 pieces.
Can I mix different designs and materials in one order?
Yes — that is how most of our wholesale buyers place their first order. You might take three clear quartz, two tiger eye, two labradorite, two obsidian and one fluorite, and that is a valid 10-piece order.
Do you offer custom crystal skulls?
Yes. We offer custom dimensions from 2 to 59 in (5–150 cm), custom shapes and designs, carving from a customer reference image, carving from customer-supplied raw stone, logo and pattern customisation, and custom packaging.
Can you make a skull from my own design?
Yes. Send us an image, sketch or drawing — or specify a raw stone — and we will review it and quote the project. If you proceed, we produce a paid sample for your approval before mass production.
Can you make another piece exactly like one shown on your site?
We can discuss a similar design, size and material. Colour, pattern and internal features are natural and differ from piece to piece, so a second carving will be recognisably the same design in a materially similar but not identical stone.
Is the exact piece in the photo still available?
Please contact us with its SKU or the image. Because these are natural stone pieces and we sell through more than one channel, availability is confirmed when we review your enquiry.
Can I order a sample?
For custom and OEM projects, yes — a paid sample is produced once we agree the specification, and when you place a production order for the same design and material the fee is credited against it. Stock designs are ordered from the existing range at a 10-piece minimum, so there is no separate sampling step. Sample terms.
How long does production take?
It depends on material, size, carving detail, finish, quantity and packaging, so we quote lead time against your actual order rather than publishing a single figure. We will give you a realistic schedule in writing as part of the quotation.
What materials do you work with?
We carve clear quartz, rose quartz, amethyst and dream amethyst, green aventurine, tiger eye and tiger iron, red jasper, kambaba jasper, moss agate, crazy lace agate, Mexican agate, African bloodstone, dragon bloodstone, obsidian, labradorite, fluorite, howlite and other crystal and stone materials. Are all of your materials untreated?
No, and we will always tell you when something is not. Almost all of our range is natural rough stone. Our yellow quartz is heat-treated by heating and colour fading, and is always labelled as heat-treated. Where a material’s identity, origin or treatment has not been verified, we mark it as pending and confirm it from supplier records before you order.
Can you add a logo or custom packaging?
Yes. Logo, pattern and packaging customisation are all available. Specific options and costs are confirmed during quotation.
How do you inspect the products?
Every finished piece is inspected individually by hand before it enters inventory.
How do you protect products during shipping?
Each piece is wrapped in protective material and packed in an individual box, then secured in export cartons. For large or monumental pieces we plan export crating specifically.
Do you ship worldwide?
We work with customers in the United States and Australia and support worldwide export. Carved stone is dense and is charged on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, so we calculate freight options and quote them with your order.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our workshop and showroom in Donghai County, Jiangsu, China. Please arrange in advance by email so we can make sure the right person is available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed in your written quotation. Tell us what works for your business and we will discuss it — this is a normal part of the quotation conversation, not a fixed published rule.
Can you produce monumental pieces?
Yes. We have produced crystal skulls at approximately 1.5 m. Work at this scale is made to order and quoted as a project — see monumental works.
Where is your factory?
Our carving workshop is in Donghai County, Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China. Our showroom is at China Donghai Crystal City.
