Submitting an enquiry means we have received your requirements. Availability, quantity, sampling, pricing, payment, freight and lead time are confirmed in our written quotation. We do not use your details for anything else.

How we handle your enquiry

  1. 01We read your requirements and confirm anything unclear.
  2. 02We confirm the material and treatment specification for your lot.
  3. 03We send a written quotation with pricing, lead time and freight options.
  4. 04For custom and OEM projects, a paid sample is made for approval before mass production and its fee is credited against your order.
